Today is the last day of the challenge therefore you should already have your own list of self care and self love ideas to choose from.
Today, being Saturday, relax and take the time to enjoy the weekend ahead. Don’t pack every moment with an activity. Tuck away some downtime for just you. Go to the bookstore or library and grab a good book to read tonight after a nice hot bath. Bundle up and go for a hike this morning to start the day with clarity and a fresh perspective. Go to the nail salon and get a pedicure and manicure and maybe a mini-massage. Stop at Target and buy yourself and amazing candle and a new journal. Whatever it is, take care of you today.
Reflect on the week that just passed, was it productive, chaotic, overwhelming or did you find it to be slower, calmer and balanced.
They say it takes 26 days for something to become a habit so keep this challenge going and make it become a lifestyle. Every day you need to put yourself first. You need to take the time to treat yourself with the love and respect you deserve. This will prevent you from looking outside yourselve for validation and love.
Whenever you get stumped on what self love is, take a moment to reflect on what you are looking for in a person and start giving that to yourself.
